Workshop designed to include elements that will engage and teach participants about intimacy, reclaiming pleasure and empowerment, consent, and healthy decision-making practices while deconstructing toxic and compulsive heteronormativity.

With a focus on the neurobiology of trauma and survival based responses, this workshop is centered on exploring intimacy post-trauma, managing triggers while considering how Kink creates a “context of healing”, imagining BDSM as a container.

The facilitator will emphasize unique elements that differentiate processing trauma vs reenacting trauma while introducing examples of Somatic Exercises + Kink.
