2SLGBTQ+ Yoga & Mediation will return to weekly in-person sessions for Fall 2022 starting on October 13. You can register here: https://clnx.utoronto.ca/home/mindfulness.htm?eventId=45855
This beginner-friendly slow flow yoga session will focus on connecting mind and body and support students in bringing the lessons of yoga and meditation off the mat. All bodies, genders, and abilities are welcome and choice in movements will be offered. Late arrivals and early departures accommodated. No special clothing is required, but participants are encouraged to dress comfortably (and with layers in the cooler months)!
These sessions will take place in the Multi-Purpose Room at the Multi-Faith Centre (569 Spadina Ave, Toronto) on U of T - St. George campus. There are 50 spots available, please register to reserve your spot.
Mats are available for use, though you are welcome to bring your own as well. Current U of T policies on masking and distancing will be in place.
About the Instructor:
Instructor Kelly Sullivan (she/her) approaches her teaching through the lens of anti-oppression and healing-centred engagement.
Kelly works to cultivate space for self-compassion to flourish through slow, easeful movement with an abundance of choice offered to participants.
