Spectrum is a student led initiative (“SLI”) at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto. Founded by LGBT+ students at Munk in 2016, Spectrum aims to help in the professional and career development of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT+) students and their allies in both the Master of Global Affairs and Master of Public Policy programs. The group also aims to foster an inclusive environment to ensure LGBT+ students and their allies have the resources, information, and connections to maximize their success at Munk and beyond in whatever professional avenues they may choose.
