We’re Hiring: Programming & Events Assistant (Summer 2014)

The Sexual & Gender Diversity Office is hiring a Programming & Events Assistant for the 2014 summer session. As a part of the Sexual & Gender Diversity Office, you will work with students and staff members and play an active role in our programming and Office initiatives. This is a really great opportunity to gain skills in project management and event administration by working on LGBTQ and equity initiatives at the University of Toronto.

The Work Study position is open to all registered undergraduate and graduate students (i.e. domestic and international students, and students studying on a part-time basis – at least 1.0 credits continuously from May to August.  In other words, interested candidates must be enrolled in at least 0.5 F course between May-June and one 0.5 S course between July-August).  Eligible students are able to work a maximum of 12 hours per week, up to a total of 90 hours from May 5, 2014 to August 8, 2014. Only candidates who are selected for interviews will be contacted.
