Mindful Moments

This beginner-friendly slow flow yoga session will focus on connecting mind and body and support students in bringing the lessons of yoga and meditation off the mat.

This free virtual event will be hosted weekly on Thursdays from 8-9 pm. Late arrivals and early departures accommodated.

Facilitator Kelly Sullivan (she/her) works to cultivate space for self-compassion to flourish through slow, easeful movement with an abundance of choice offered to participants. She approaches her teaching through the lens of anti-oppression and healing-centred engagement.

Participants are welcome to practice with cameras off if they choose.
