2SLGBTQ+ Yoga & Meditation 

This beginner-friendly slow flow yoga session will focus on connecting mind and body and support students in bringing the lessons of yoga and meditation off the mat. This free virtual event will be hosted weekly.

2SLGBTQ+ Yoga & Meditation has completed for the academic year and will return in fall semester, 2022.

Late arrivals and early departures accommodated. Participants are welcome to practice with cameras off if they choose.
