LGBTQ2S+ Yoga Series

Presented by the Sexual & Gender Diversity Office, Mindful Moments and Multi-Faith Centre.
Informed by her experiences and those of her peers in the LGBTQ2S+ community, Facilitator Kelly Sullivan (she/her) approaches her teaching through the lens of anti-oppression and trauma-inclusivity. Kelly works to cultivate space for the seeds of growth and self-compassion to flourish. This beginner friendly slow flow yoga session will focus on connecting mind and body and support students to reclaim space internally and externally.
This free virtual event will be hosted weekly on Wednesdays from 7 – 8 pm.
