Gender Talk: What We’ve Learned, How We’ve Learned

April 9 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

• Has your gender identity impacted your experiences in the classroom and with navigating the university? If so, how?
• What aspects of remote learning have worked well and what hasn’t?
• What are ways that academic institutions can support trans and nonbinary students, both with online and in-person education?

Welcome to the final session of Gender Talk for this year! In this session, we will reflect on our experiences with remote learning, what we enjoyed, what we hated, and the ways we have adapted to new modes of learning. We will also discuss the strategies we use to navigate academic institutions, as well as the supports that we appreciate having and would like to see in the future.

Registration is required. By registering you will be signing up to receive Zoom details for all of the 2020-21 Gender Talk sessions. These are drop-in events, so please feel free to join whichever sessions you would like. You can unsubscribe to these emails at any point. For more information, reach out to us at sgdo@utoronto.ca.
