U of T Marches in the Pride Parade
June 25 @ 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Join the U of T contingent in the 2017 Pride Parade!
We will meet up at 3:30 pm (NOTE: Change in time). We will be meeting on Bloor Street, by Ted Rogers Way. Please check back or follow us on Twitter to get an update on our section code.
Please note that Bloor Street and Yonge Street are fenced in on the day of the Pride Parade. If you need to cross the street you will have to use the PATH system and/ or go through the TTC stations.
This will also make it difficult to get water or go to the bathroom once you are lined up for the Parade. Please make sure to bring your own water bottle. Make sure to stay hydrated throughout the day. And of course, be sure to wear comfortable shoes and lots of sunscreen.
The UTSU is also hosting two events leading up to the Pride Parade. If you would like to help decorate the UTSU float, you can meet at Brickworks at 10 am to do so. If you would like to get together for some food before the Parade, you can go to the UTSU Front Lawn at 12 pm. You can find more information on the March with UTSU Facebook event page or you can email email@example.com.
