Outside the Box: thank u, next
January 16 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
The end of one year and start of the next is for many a time of letting go of the old and setting intentions for the new year ahead. What are your hopes for 2019? How do you work at creating change in your life and your communities while practicing self-compassion and self-acceptance? How do our experiences with identity influence our experiences in setting intentions? Join us as we explore what possibilities may exist for you in the year ahead.
We are excited to welcome Sarah McDougall to facilitate this conversation!

Sarah is a member of the queer community in Toronto and they have a special interest in supporting queer and trans communities, particularly in ways that honour our full experiences with health. Sarah is also a counsellor at the Health and Wellness Centre at University of Toronto Scarborough.
