LGBTQ Film Series: The Wedding Banquet

The LGBTQ Film Series is a monthly educational film series sponsored by the U of T Libraries, the Sexual & Gender Diversity Office and a rotating group of student organizations and university departments. The series showcases films within the U of T Libraries’ collections, focusing on the lives of LGBTQ people in Canada and internationally.

Film Synopsis:
To satisfy his nagging parents, a gay landlord and a female tenant agree to a marriage of convenience, but his parents arrive to visit and things get out of hand.

Doors open at 6pm. Film begins at 6:30pm.

This month’s screening is co-presented by the University of Toronto Libraries, the Sexual & Gender Diversity Office, and the Centre for International Experience.

Accessible. Free Admission. Everyone welcome.
