Home Is: A Qu(e)erying Religion Showcase

September 27 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

“Home is here, not a particular place that one simply inhabits, but more than one place: there are too many homes to allow place to secure the roots or routes of one’s destination.”
—Sara Ahmed

How do we make sense of ‘home’ in the context of queer sexuality, gendered realities, kinship, faith, land, belonging, and nonbelonging?

Join Qu(e)erying Religion for an intimate evening of spoken word, short film, music, and conversation featuring a carefully curated group of makers from multiple faith traditions and cultural perspectives.

A selection of light refreshments will be served, with vegan and gluten-free options available.
